I ordered the Waldorf Doll with six outfit changes on Instagram on November 17th for $19.99. as a Christmas present for my granddaughter. I received email confirmation that my order had been accepted and was being prepared. I kept checking back trying to follow the progress and was assured that it was en route. WHAT A SCAM! I am so disappointed – this is NOT AT ALL the sweet blond doll with tiny facial features so adorably advertised on Instagram! It’s too late to do anything about it now.

I ordered 2 sharks. After waiting 4 weeks I emailed them to ask where my stuff was. They emailed me a tracking number when I tried to track it the number was no good when I questioned them about them they say the package was returned to the damaged and they said they sent a new one. I asked for a refund they just say pls wait. These were supposed to be gifts. I told them I want a refund as I should not have to wait 6 weeks. Their response is for me to call the courier company and tell them to hurry up

I saw the advertisement on Facebook. It’s an online shopping store. I purchased an Avatar Baby from them. I browsed the website and they had about 10 items in that category. I purchased the female and paid through PayPal. Total $41.98. What they advertised and what I received are 2 different things. The doll is supposed to be 20" long. The item I received was a small plastic toy. I sent an email to them about my issues with the item. They tried to negotiate with me by offering a 10% refund. That’s not acceptable to me. I went back to Facebook and searched for the company to see how many complaints and my mouth dropped open. This company has taken so much money from consumers that is ridiculous. They need to be stopped and they need to be shut down. Somebody has to do something about them. Their ads are on Facebook. The attachments that I am going to send speak for themselves.I don’t have an address for them but they do mention on their website that they are on Eastern Time, 9am-5pm
So Sorry that happened to you my Daughter watched the Windows to look for the truck to bring her cellphone bracelets 4 her bday and I pay extra for quick delivery, its more than being scammed and losing money, WHEN YOU RUIN A KIDS BDAY SUPRISE!
