I ordered 2 necklace on February 2020 and still didn’t received any response about my purchase!
I purchase a name necklace on March 2, 2020, I sent multiple email and no response. I too thought the delay was due to COVID and many people were working remotely. Its almost the end of the year (12/15/2020) and no item, no money and not 1 response.

Ordered a necklace March 7, 2020. It is now August 25th, 2020 & I haven’t received it yet. I’ve sent emails and got nothing back. Their website no longer exists, I’ve tried pulling it up on different devices and it’s blank, nothing comes up.
I ordered 2 name necklaces in March 27th of 2020 & it’s now august 18 and I still do not receive them … the website doesn’t even exist anymore
The same exact thing happened to me. I ordered a name necklace March 28,2020 and payed for express shipping as well. It’s now August 19 and I’ve emailed the company multiple times with no response.
I ordered some necklace from insta ad and couldn’t get anything. no email or anything. so I asked my credit card company to get my money back. it took a couple month to get it back but I did. you should ask you credit card company. even if it’s just your little money, it could be huge money for this swindler.
I have bought a custom name necklace on the 20th of March 2020 and have paid for it. It’s been almost five months, however, and I have not received the necklace as of now 4th August 2020. Emailed them with no replies. That website is a fraud, now it doesn’t even exist anymore. Please do not buy from them. PLEASE, if there is any way to report them, tell us. I would rather not get back my money than let them get away with it.
I saw it as an ad on insta, and it was on sale so i said why not. I purchased it in April and of course like everyone else, it never came.
