Received 2 calls from this number stating they were with Amazon and our account was being renewed for a fee. We don’t have an Amazon account. When they asked for an account#, I hung up. I called the number back and a man answered and said he’d gotten several calls from consumers saying they’d had calls like this from his number.

Caller asked if I was me or my ex-husband. They said someone had opened an Amazon account in my name in another state and charged on it. I said I didn’t have an Amazon account. They told me to get on the computer and they’d help me take care of it. I told them I didn’t have a computer and they hung up on me.

I received a box of rubber gloves in the mail. It came from China. Amazon order. I never ordered these gloves. Nobody in my family ordered it. I opened the box. The box was soaking wet. Everything inside was wet. There were maybe one hundred gloves inside the box. No bill was inside. My son told me not to open anything from China.

Got suspicious emails asking for bank card number. And bank statements. Still can’t get into my account. They said my orders were frozen but i was still getting emails saying things were shipped. I called the number they gave 1800 201 7575 and asked for a manager n was told there aren’t any. Due to covid I can’t get ahold of anyone. I don’t even know if any of the numbers I have are real. So frustrated. Had to close my bank accounts.

Goggled looking for Amazon phone number. Called 8775629481 and asked if they had a LG sale. They informed me that they did have a phone sale but 1st I need to go to a giant food store and by a $100 google play store card. Once I bought the google play store card I called Paul back around 8:25. He explain to me that the phone will cost me $20 and then Amazon will give me back $80.

I called 18552468989 for Amazon.com that looked like official site to return a $47.65, the man on phone said no problem that an Amazon person would pickup the camera the next day. If they come I will not give it to him. He said that since they were taking so long to process item because computer was slow he wood give me a $100 Goole play card. I was leery and confused when he offered another $300. I keep asking if this was legit and he said I called Amazon and it was legit. Needless to day I was offered $1,500 as compensation because it took 3 hours to complete transaction. I was foolish to think he woul transfer all the money to my account. I also gave my checking # and routing number. Now I am screwed and scammed. Google Play cards.

Then they told me that my account was hacked and wanted me to go get another google play gift card for $500.

i received an email to my in box from Amazon.com letting me know that my purchase of an $1800 computer was shipped to my address as requested, with my Order Details

Order #171-0183587-6223536

Placed on Friday July 1st 2018

Microsoft Surface Pro 4(512 GB, 16 GB RAM, Intel Core i7e)

Eclectronics

Sold by Adler Deals . . . I DID NOT ORDER . . . so i called the # to correct the error . . . there were 2 different men with a heavy Middle Eastern accent that said some God awful things to me that had nothing to do with a sale. They were making rude comments about my body parts and bragging on theirs. This was very upsetting and these ppl need to be stopped!

I believe this is a scam because they keep sending me this email saying that my order has been cancelled and for me to click on a link to track my order. I have not ordered anything from amazon and I keep unsubscribing from this email and it keeps coming back. And my computer alerts me that this email may contain viruses.

THERE IS NOTHING THAT TELLS YOU THIS WHEN YOU ENTER YOUR CREDIT INFORMATION!!! When you add a credit/debit card number to your account, IF YOU DO NOT UNCHECK THE BOX that is next to "Processed as a debit card," Amazon will charge your debit card TWICE, removing the total of your purchase from your bank account TWICE. When the product is shipped, they credit your account, but it takes 7-10 days for the credit to be applied to your bank account. THUS, THEY ARE WITHDRAWING FUNDS FROM YOUR BANK ACCOUNT FOR ONE PURCHASE TWICE, WITHOUT YOUR AUTHORIZATION TO DO SO. Then, THEY ARE TYING UP YOUR MONEY FOR 7-10 DAYS!!! They initially authorize the removal of the funds, remove them, AND THEN CHARGE YOUR ACCOUNT AGAIN WHEN THE PRODUCT SHIPS. In my opinion, this is highly unethical, and borderline illegal. It’s enough that Amazon has just lost my business permanently and I encourage everyone to do the same, unless you are in favor of Amazon using your money without your authorization!!!

This company signed me up for a free month of prime membership(without notifying me) then once that month ended they charged over a hundred dollars to my debit account without my permission and without notifying me. I found out when checking my bank account. This is very hurtful since I am on a fixed income and I want others to be aware and watchful so it doesn’t happen to them. They are a million/billion dollar company is this how they got they rich? If so you should have all your money taken away and locked up and throw away the key!! This is illegal and they know it!
