I ordered the purrfect bowls and the deluxe plush bed. Paid a total of $55.99. I have not received my products. I have attempted to get on the website, which is no longer available, I emailed them several times and have yet to receive a response, and I sent a reply to the message stating my order had gone through but have yet to hear back. It is getting more and more frustrating to determine which ads are trustworthy and which are not!

I ordered mine in april and i didn’t get anything.

They have scammed several people on their products from what you can see people leaving reviews on their facebook page, they disabled their website, and keep making excuses on their products taking a long time to process because of the pandemic, I ordered mine in May and its already August and they keep telling me to be patient but they have not attempted to ship my product and they take forever to reply I have several emails between them and they’ve been very unhelpful and sometimes even ignore my emails and they even say their max delivery time is 45 business days and its been way over that amount of time.

I have the same experience. I purchased bowls back in May and never received. Now I see the purrfectbowl.com website does not work. I’m not sure now who to contact or where to go from here. 😟

I had the same experience. I ordered this back in April and still have not received it. The company is non-responsive. They’re just stealing people’s money. I opened a case with the Federal trade commission. I really hope they look into this. what other legal actions are we able to take does anyone know? This is criminal and they need to be shut down

On May 29, 2020 I placed an order with Purrfectbowl for 3 anti-vomiting cat bowls.
My order totaled $83.93 CAD. I sent a total of 21 emails requesting status of my order. No reply back. I contacted my credit card company & disputed the charge. Fortunately they credited me back. I strongly suggest anyone wanting these bowls seek out a USA distributor with a physical address, telephone #, &” contact us” info on their site before even considering making a purchase.

am reporting fraud because I purchased cat bowls from Purrfect Bowl for a total of $35.34. The order was placed on May 20, 2020, I reported fraud on July 3, 2020 giving the company over a month to get back to me. I have attempted to contact the company multiple times via email, they do not have a phone number listed on the website. I’ve filled out Contact Us forms on the website and only got automated messages back stating that I will hear back from one of the customer agents shortly. When I search purrfectbowl.com now it transfers me to a page labeled Amznpets.com. I’ve also attempted to email that support team and my message never went through. I tried other ways of contacting Purrfect Bowl via social media (Instagram, Twitter and Facebook). I did find the company Facebook page. The review section of the page was filled with people having the same problem I am having. No one received the products but money was taken out for the purchase.
