Please read the entirety to understand what’s going on with this company. On July 31, 2020 I purchased a Hybrid bike on this website. They stated it cost $60. I should have know better because that price was extremely low but Wallmart had the same bike for $138 but it was out of stock…so I thought since it’s made in China 🇨🇳 and this company is in China 🇨🇳, it was not so far fetched. I did not hear anything for a while, so I sent an inquiry to their complaints website. Low and behold, I got a response with a tracking number which I checked and saw a delivery from the Post Office (USPS) that the item was delivered on 8/17/20 to my doorstep at 12:26pm. I have front door cameras but when I checked them, it did not show any delivery. My daughter also works from home and was in her home office which is next to the front door. She did not hear anyone at the front door. This is a bike 🚲 so it could not be quietly dropped off. I went to the post office to put in a complaint and was told o had to do it on line. The post office responded with a case number stating that complaint was sent to my district office for investigation. Since then, I have tried emailing and physically appear to that office for status. The last time a clerk told me I have to speak to a supervisor but one was not available at that time. She gave a number for the supervisor. I called a couple of times before I got a live person who told me that the status of my case was that the item was either lost or delivered to the wrong address and then was nothing she could do about it. She advised that I contact the vendor from whom I bought the item for a refund. Well, I have tried several times by sending a detailed explanation of what has happened to both Antabuy’s complaint email and their online website without any response whatsoever so ever. So the result is I got scammed. Thank GOD it is just $60. I could have been worst. I now have no recourse to help with this problem. Please, people out there, don’t buy anything from Antabuy…this rip of company from wherever they are. It could be China or even right here in the US.

I purchased a Bike from www.antabuy.com and they did not send me confirmation of my purchase for days. I had to ask for it. Then they sent me face masks. I complained and they said they would send me the right item and there has been no communication since. I have also seen multiple online complaints of them scamming others, in which they sent the wrong item or nothing at all.

I went to antabuy.com it says it’s based out of Indiana, it’s based out of China. I ordered 2 bikes, as soon as I entered my card information it said error. I checked the bank and they had already taken the money out and didnt send me an order confirmation until 4 days later. I wouldn’t have ordered knowing it was a China based company. I recieved a small 4" × 6" package in the mail with the same tracking number for my "bikes" it was 4 facemasks that cost me $140
