I called the aol phone number to ask a question and while I was talking with aol, I thought I was talking with an agen of aol……..the man said my spyware was not good. I told them I have 3 difference kinds of security……but they said all of them were not working and not good. They show me on my computer over 8,000 hackers that were trying to hack my computer……I got very upset and they started telling me I needed ACT security…..gave me different options I could pick from……the best one was for life……which was $499.99….I got it…….boy ws I stupid…..in a few minutes I called aol again and told them about the company & the price I ordered……aol stated they did not have any offers that were anyway that high in price. the transaction ref. #A17TC27037. I called them back on the #1-888-639-0014 and said I wanted to cancel……aol said it sounded like a fraud….I wanted my money put back into my bank acct. they said it would be 87 or 8 days before I would receive it………8 days goes by & no money…..so I called them back and they said they did send the money back…but something went wrong on my banks end…..i told them they were crazy & a fraud and then they hung up on me twice. I called my back & reported the incident and the bank checked into it & SAID IT WAS A FRUAD!!!! the bank put the $499.99 back into my acct. and they are still investigating this compliant. I was these people STOPPED. What else can I do to help get the scums off the computer and ripping people off…….I pray you find & get them……Sincerely *** ***e
