I purchased March 30th what I thought was the authentic Beats wireless headphones. They are regulartly around $150 and I made a purchase at a discounted price of $89.
I waited over two weeks and I felt quite confused as usually my packages arrived rather quickly. Then I went to my email and search for their website and couldn’t find it right until I made my own research.
I sent them a message and they never replied. So I went ahead and let my bank know. A week later, coincidentally I received the package I was expecting for a while. I opened it and automatically knew they were not the real. In between my call to the bank I went to the legitimate Beats website and purchased them at $150. so when the other arrived I was able to make a comparison right away.
My bank sent me a letter letting me know they had to reverse the transaction as obviously I got the package from this unknown website. I had messaged them previously, letting them know that if this were not the real beats, I was not interested and never got an answer. All of the sudden I have this "Anna" by email first telling me how authentic they are, later telling me the hassle of returning, maybe loosing the package and extra money in between wouldn’t be worth it, and offers me 20%, then 30%, and just recently 40% of what I purchased them from to be return to me. They know the are fooling a lot innocent people along the way and it is not right. I know there is a pandemic going on but for the same reason there is a lot of delinquency happening because this matter might be overseen. I hope something can be done or should I say undone when it comes to this website.

They are selling headphones under Beats brand with deep discounts on a newer model. I almost purchased the item but was surprised that no other side offered the product so cheap, they cost $349 and the site is offering them for $199. There is no information about the product being real brand name Beats. Hope no one takes the k and buys from them. I would appreciate if you can investigate my claims, and let me know if these site is a scam.
