Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered a quilt on 23 May, 2020 thru a Facebook ad. 1 June I received a tracking number thru USPS & it said their shipping partner had pick up the item. On 15 June, I inquired USPS about the hold up. FEDEX is their shipping partner & my local USPS said the item was never received. USPS advices me to contact the seller. I sent a email asking where my order was & received a automated message that said due to increased volume, it would take time to get help. 27 June, 2020, I sent another email requesting a refund. This time they replied since I didn’t cancel within the first 24 hours, I was not due a refund. I sent another email stating they did not inform me where my package was & I would be notifying my bank about possible fraud. They sent a email immediately saying the parcel is in transit at the moment. The tracking will update more as soon as the package reaches the destination country. So I have a tracking number that is worthless. It’s 9 July, they are saying it’s because of COVID. Well why did they have a tracking number when it’s not even in the USA? I’m out $104.99 & still no item. I noticed other customers on Facebook have the same problem. No one has received their orders & all say they are in Hawthorne, CA.
