I ordered a wheel cover for my car back on January 4 2020 and since the pandemic occured on March I thought it was being delayed i also emailed them but never got a response from them
They are a fkn scam order a steering wheel cover January 2020 and we on August n still havent received [censored]
I ordered from Beverly 21 almost 2 months and have yet to receive my steering wheel and seat belt bling coverings smh I spent over $100 I would not recommend this company to use because it’s clearly a scam site
I ordered from this place back in January 2020! They took my money I have not received anything yet it is May 1, 2020! This place is fake it is a scam. I have emailed and someone name Stephanie keeps email me back saying they’re going to mail it out! I ordered the bling steering wheel cover! Off of Instagram!
I also ordered on January 17,2020 never received a tracking number emailed the company someone Name Stephanie Grey emailed me back she’ll look into never heard anything from her or the company it’s now April 25,2020 .. I contacted my bank to report the charge after not receiving my product my bank then refunded my money then two or three weeks later my bank reversed the charge because beverly21 provided them with a address that I used to shipped the product but they knew they never shipped me anything I’m pissed at my bank as well as this company for defrauding me out of my money not once but twice. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY I SEEN THE PAGE ON INSTAGRAM WHERE THEY HAVE SINCE DELETED THEIR ACCOUNT ON INSTAGRAM. These people are SCAMMING innocent people out of their money

I ordered product from Beverly 21 on 1/25/2020! I followed up 2/17 where a lady named Stephanie Grey responded saying she will look into my order! It’s now 3/6 and I’ve emailed 3 more times with no response at all. This is theft and a bogus company! I want a refund! Do not buy anything from this place!
I have reached out to seller and have not received anything back. It says 8-12 business days for package. It’s been almost 30. DO NOT BUY.
I added the picture below of my purchase. I got a new car and I was SUPER excited to make it my own with this steering wheel cover. It hasn’t happened yet and I have requested a refund.

Ordered from the online site. Never received the order. The seller kept giving me the run around about when the order would be delivered. Lots of other people commented on having the same issue on the seller’s Instagram that they never got the order even after a month of saying it was shipped. Didn’t provide tracking information or carrier of package.
