I’m in the same boat I order mine in July 22 nd 2020 how did you do your dispute with the bank and how did you go about the dispute. I keep asking this company to give me my money back and they won’t.

As stated they do not have any bikes to sell. They are just after your money. they give a fake label and the item will always stay in “Ready for UPS” to fool you. Every email is responded at 2:00 AM EST. Everytime they will be like “yes order is shipped we will push the carrier” BUT the real idea is to delay so that they can collect their money.
DO NOT WASTE your time and $ on them.

This online retailer is a SCAM, I ordered a pair of shoes on November 7th, and my order has still not arrived. When I attempt to track the package with the tracking number they provided to me, It states that the package remains in China, with no updated since November 21st (today is December 2nd). This company advertises on social media (Facebook and Instagram) that they have ‘fast shipping’, etc. When I disputed this on their Facebook page, they removed my comment and blocked me from further comments to the page.
