Ordered 3 dog beds from BlueBench on March 26, 2020. Received an email that they were shipped on March 27, 2020. Emailed a reply to them on April 8, 2020 asking where my order was. Received a reply later the same day, April 8, 2020, saying Covid-19 affected their business, order will arrive in 2-3 weeks & they’ll check logistics & get back to me. Never got logistics. Emailed again in June and again in July – no response to either email. Sent message again today, 9/8/2020 this time via ‘contact me’ page on their website but doubt they’ll respond.

Purchased from Facebook ad 3/23/20. Received tracking but it still states dog bed hasn’t been shipped. Emailed 4/15/20 and they responded shipping is delayed, hasn’t returned emails since. I believe they knew you only have 60 days to report it so the credit card company can take your money back. Now I know. Their email is [email protected]

This company has ads on Facebook and Instagram for Calming Pet Beds that are only charged for shipping. I placed an order for two of the pet beds and paid the shipping cost (appx. $25). I was charged for the items on 3/12 and emailed via every outlet I could find for the company. Two weeks later I received a response that there was a 2-3 week shipping delay due to COVID-19 and that I should receive my items within 3 weeks. It is now 6/2/2020 and I have received no information or response to additional inquiries on my items or refund status. This seems to be a shell website/company that steals money from customers. Buyer beware!

Saw an ad on social media and clicked on a link to visit the website. Had legit appearing reviews, an email, etc. I purchased a dog bed and after 2 weeks with no email saying it had shipped, i emailed the email listed for customer service. They did respond and said they were backed up due to covid but would ship in the next week. I then emailed over 2 weeks later with no response. I tried twice more after that all with no response.

This business poses as a dog product selling business offering sales and ads on Instagram but they take the money you pay for the product, say it shipped, never send tracking information and you never receive the product at all.
