Brand Whizz

The “company” is now going by the name influence or This Is Influence. The same exact thing that people are saying here, happened to me. The fact that they call you in for a 10 minute interview and do not speak one word about the company, what they do, who their clients are, or compensation, is shaddy and inconsiderate. Then they ask you to come in the next day at 10am.

Please don’t give them your info. It’s a scam. They text you an address for an interview, you of course do your previous research and find NOTHING about the company which is already a RED FLAG. They are associated with Venture 7 Inc and Crown Services. It’s a scam and they keep your information. If you made the mistake of applying just ignore them or block them when they try to contact you. It just sucks that they keep your education and background info once you send them your resume. Shame on them for doing this.

Applied for the job and I Received an email to come to office in Miami. It’s in a tiny coworking space in 1444 Biscayne Blvd. There were 1 lady waiting room. The guy called me in and said they are a marketing agency that worked with AT&T and DirectTV, which is obviously false. If you did marketing for such huge billion dollar brands, you wouldn’t be in a tiny coworking space. Then they said “we’ll do you have a print copy of your resume I said “yes” and he told me to go again the next day for a second interview with paper and pen . It was a huge red flag because I received and email with that specifications one hour before of the interview. They shared an office with a company called Venture 7. I made an appointment with them ,but Venture 7 never confirm it of course because is the same office . Brand Whizz is a scam and when I googled Brand Whizz, there’s no info on them except these reviews. A website . Do not apply for this job. They’re very shady. They wanted to still your information. August ,2020.

Applied for the job on Smartrecruiters/indeed. Received an email to come to office in Miami. It’s in a tiny coworking space in 1444 Biscayne Blvd. There were 3 other people in the waiting room. The guy called me in and said they are a marketing agency that worked with AT&T and DirectTV, which is obviously false. If you did marketing for such huge billion dollar brands, you wouldn’t be in a tiny coworking space. Then they said “we’ll text you if we like your resume”. It was a huge red flag. They shared an office with a company called Venture 7. My gut told me it was a scam and when I googled Brand Whizz, there’s no info on them except these reviews. Do not apply for this job. They’re very shady.

This is for sure a scam. Got contacted by them after using zip recruiter ( will not be using again). Then two seconds after was contacted by another company called The Crowd Lab who used the exact same text body as the other one. I got several Emails from a [email protected] and [email protected] with almost identical text body each email had a different name and job title as a signature from this “employer”. Looked up the when ip/website was created for both and turns out they were created a few months ago within a day of each other.

I applied for a job through smart recruiters and got a text the next day to schedule and interview for the following day, on-site or video. Googling revealed next to no info about this company. And then I found this site. They post the same jobs as another “company” called Venture 7, Inc.
