Interesting everyone else has had near identical experiences to me. Ordered a jacket in May 2020, only received a confirmation email saying payment had been processed (of course they ensure this occurs first!) and order was confirmed. Had absolutely zero emails, notifications whatsoever since then, no dispatch or anything, its now October 2020. I tried emailing the ‘customer support’ address once in September and again a few days ago, absolutely no response back. All I want is a refund now as I’m either going to receive a joke knock off or its never going to arrive! TOTAL SCAM WEBSITE! Stay away!

I ordered a pair of boots for total of $69.87 from buffarea.com on June 1 2020. I have written MANY e-mails and originally I got the reply of due to covid-19 they were experiencing delays. Ok so I bought into that excuse. Now 3 months later it still says awaiting shipment. I sent them an e-mail a couple days ago saying I wish to cancel my order but have not heard anything back. I don’t know where to turn for help. From what I gathered it isn’t a USA company? Does BBB handle foreign business? Payment was processed as you can tell in photo #2

This company advertises cute fashion styles at low prices on platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, etc. and takes payment without delivering and without company contact information available that leaves the customer without money and product.
I had to file a claim with my bank and change credit and debit cards. This is a dangerous theft and fraudulent scheme and these unlawful persons should be apprehended and charged with the crimes they are committing.
I ordered 3 pairs of shoes 5 months ago and never received anything. Contacted customer support 3 times, got a reply the first time then nothing. Then last night I got a deposit for twice what I paid, so I guess they refunded me. I was confused because it says buzzylily and I ordered from Buffarea, so when I googled buzzylily I realized they are the same. Thought I’d share my experience- glad I got money back!

Like the other complaints listed I ordered from Buffarea and then did not receive my merchandise. My paypal was charged immediately, about 7 weeks later I received two pieces of an 8 item order. They were the wrong size and horrible quality. I emailed their service "department" and Doris emailed me DAYS later that I could not cancel the order as it had already been shipped and I said I wanted to return what I had received. No return shipping information was provided. In the email from Doris I was told the other items had shipped but when I investigated the shipping information given they had NOT been shipped. I have filed complaints with Pay Pal and with Federal Trade Commission. This company is a fraud and you will lose your money or get horrible merchandise.
I ordered shoes did not get what the ad shows. They are hideous to look at, impossible to walk in and smell like formaldehyde.

I used birthday money to purchase something unique. I selected a pair of comfort shoes, a beautiful white shirt, and some jewelry. My purchase was made on May 31, 2020. I have not received the package yet. I have an order number and no order.
I am realizing that there are scams, but I never imagined that this clothing line would be a front for one. This hurts the honest companies. people like myself will stray away from companies I have never shopped with or have very good knowledge about.

Ordered a pair of shoes. I received payment confirmation from Pay Pal (yes, I was charged) and have never received anything from the company stating that the order was received or shipped. It’s been two months and cannot find any contact for the company and I have not received the shoes.
I have ordered a dress on June 17th, there is a Paypal charge on my July statement that is has been charged, and I have not received my order as of today, July 27th.
NO one has contacted me, I never recieved a confirmation of my order via email, which I thought was odd. There is no customer service number to contact. What else can I do?
