My daughter purchased a teacup yorkie for $600 from teacuppuppyland.com through Zelle and was emailed contract and flight shipping/doorstep delivery confirmation from e-pet-express with arrival times from Atlanta/Georgia to Fort Wayne, Indiana. Two hours before expected delivery I was emailed an invoice from e-pet-express requesting $530 travel insurance to release and deliver the dog. I figured out it was a scam. Seller Louis Stout ([email protected]) offered to pay portion of insurance. I requested a full refund and did not receive. I was also given a contact name of Ana Abarca ([email protected]) when texting the same number. Reports filed with FTC, local police, Chase Bank and Zelle.
