I don’t uderstand, it says there that I was approved for widthrawing the money I earned but when I read the notes below that, it says that I need 40 refferals to widthraw my money. I need help here

They are saying its an offer to make money by correcting capcha codes. First it says you need 150$ to withdraw then after you get them, they ask you for 40 refferals using a provided link. After you get those, you are asked for a 10$ deposit in a bitcoin account in order for your account to be verified
