This was sent to my friend "Rusty Bucket" through his messenger and then he sent it to me, but I knew it was a scam. Something similar was mentioned on WAFB CHANNEL 9 this morning. This is a new scam going through messenger as of yesterday at 4:15pm when he sent it to me, but it was not him that sent it. I replied to him "not hardly because my brother died in 2005 during katrina. I told him to change his password because he had been hacked. Pretty smart for a 72 year old, don’t you think 🙂

I received a messenger message from a friend. He told me to contact them and I sent them my name and email. They immediately sent me a video that I didn’t open and they called me using messenger. I looked them up on Facebook and there are many in this fraud. I believe they are located in Florida. African Americans in more than this one scam. They have many fund me pages using children and diseases such as cancer.

Caller stated that she received a text message from a message she opened that she thought it was from her friend on Facebook. His account got hacked and she keeps getting texted messages about a grant they can offer her. They will give her $ 100,000 dollars but she only has to pay $2,000.
