Type of a scam Tech Support
A person called claiming to be from Amazon technical support. That had frauds purchase on my Amazon account. What alerted me to the situation . When we noticed that they had hacked into my computer and opened a Venmo account. They wanted to remove money from from my Credit card account by me purchasing google game cards from Walmart and they would then reimburse me from the google game gift cards. When I contacted Venmo to remove my name, phone number, and email address.Venmo technology support then asked me for my drivers license. I told him no I’m not giving anymore information. They said that he couldn’t look up my accounts using my phone number and email address. I told Him that would be contact you to complain. Thank for your time
