Finally I answered the call and it was Fake Social Security telling me that my social security number was about to be suspended and I would need to be issued a new one. On the phone I was speaking to Victor Frank badge#47216, and he was going to transfer me to the US Marshal since it involved a rental car that was left on the side of the road in TX. His name was Jordan Blake.
