I ordered some leggings for 39.95 which was taken out of my account on 12-21. Kept looking for it and tried to track it online when I tried, it said unfulfilled so I called the number that was listed and it said to leave a message. I called 3times and left message NEVER received a call back then I decided to e-mail them and never received a response so the money has been drawn out of my account and I don’t have the merchandise either. Found out thru ScamPulse.com that you have already received like 188 complaints on them already. They need to be STOPPED!!!!

I made an online purchase through the Fan Authentics website on November 24, 2016. It has been 3-1/2 weeks and I have not received the products I ordered. I have called their phone number listed on their website multiple times to obtain a status on my order and to demand that the products ordered to be shipped. When I do call them, the call goes directly to a voicemail box that doesn’t even state the company name. I have also sent emails to them requesting an order status. I have not received any return phone calls or return emails to date. I’m going to reach out to my bank to dispute the charges.

Placed order on December 4th, 2016. Received confirmation email. Checked tracking on December 12th and said unfulfilled. Contacted via email twice. Once on December 12 and once on December 13. Tried calling two different numbers today on December 16. One number disconnected. The second number directs you to voice mail. Being a scam company my bank cannot help me get my money back. I also filed on FTC website like I was directed. THIS COMPANY IS LOCATED IN PANAMA according to the URL info but on website lists FLORIDA

I left several messages with no response, sent an email and facebook message with no response as well. Two weeks have passed and still no merchandise no return call.

Only after I noticed that an order was never shipped and no one answers the call ever, I noticed that this company falsely portrayed themselves as another – Facebook certified company and has scammed several people who didnt notice until after they made a purchase that they had been scammed by this company.

However, when you place and order, you never receive your purchase and they will not return emails and phone call. The phone number on my credit card statement just keeps ringing when you call it. The phone number on the site just has a message machine. Similar experiences with this site are reported on various websites online.

I placed an order for San Jose Sharks and San Francisco 49ers leggings through Fan Authentics on March 24, 2016. They quickly charged my credit card, but I still have not received my items. I still to this day have not received a I have attempted to contact them multiple times through Facebook messaging, phone, and e-mail with no response what so ever. I am in the process of working with my credit card company to get my money back. They’re constantly being advertised on Facebook for sports memorabilia and products and appear to be legit with their website. However, when googling "Fan Authentics Reviews" nothing comes up, which I admit, should have been a red flag to me. I hope no one else becomes victim to this so-called "business" who claims to "make it our mission to & priority to assist our customers." I have received no assistance or any sort of customer service (not even at an "ok" level) through this company.

So I am a huge sports fan.. Ohio State and OKC Thunder. While scrolling Facebook on April 2, 2016 I see an ad for women sports tights called Fan Authentics. So I click the ad and it takes me to their website, https://fanauthentics.com, where I ultimately complete a purchase totaling $64.95. Before I made the purchase I did do a search on Google to see if there was any reviews on the site. Did not find anything which should have been a red flag. Furthermore today is April 18, 2016 and the status of my order still remains under your order is confirmed. I have tried to contact them via phone at 866-552-4341 multiple times with no answer and have left a voice message with no return call. I also sent them an email @ [email protected] with no response to that either. Today I am going to dispute the charge on my Discover card but I wanted to report this scam as well. Thank you
