I ordered a Tshirt from Farmzily back in August 2018. I never received the merchandise. Since Email is the only way to contact them, I have sent several Emails. Every time they respond, its the same run around. " Be patient, your order is on its way, the prints are customized so they take longer " etc…. I have read other individuals complaints, and I am so glad I only ordered one item from them! My husband is terrified now that they have some of our banking info, that will be there next step in this scheme.

I saw an ad on FB for a quilt that I knew my grandson would love so I ordered it, back in late November 2018. I received an email notification that the quilt was complete and ready for shipment on Dec. 10, 2018. I have contacted them three times by email since Jan. 1, 2019 because I had not received the product. I keep getting the run around. I asked for a refund but all I get is emails written in very bad English that tell me that they are running behind in shipping and to "please be patient". I have no way of contacting them other than email with Sofia Santiago or the "Wierdo Stuff Support Team". Is there anything else I can do?

Purchased a quilt via a FB link and a photo provided of said quilt. Weeks later, I received something that resembled a thin piece of stitched fabric, silk screened print, with blurry images and typos. I believe the photo used to advertise the quilt was a photo of someone’s actual original work, which they used to advertise the item, and then made a knock of version out of subpar materials. I was quite displeased with this item, but they would not take a return. After much back and forth via email, with two separate representative statements providing a variety of excuses, one finally conceded to refund me at least half my purchase. I sitll have not received any refund from them, with a few emails asking for more time. I purchased the item in the beginning of October, received it mid November, contacted late November, and my most recent email delaying refund was sent today (mid January). I have attached a photo of one of the “panels” of the quilt, with the typos.

I ordered a quilt from the Farmzily.com website on 9/25/2018, used Paypal linked to my credit card for payment of $64.90. On my credit card statement Paypal info states *SnowatSignc 4029357733 CA. I was immediately charged for merchandise but to this date 11/12/18 I have not received merchandise and website email [email protected] is no longer answering my requests for information. This notation appears on bottom of last email from [email protected] – This email is a service from Clothing and Accessories store. Delivered by Zendesk. I have initiated a dispute with my credit card.

I purchased a quilt on 9/28/18 through their website which was advertised on Facebook. I received an email confirming my order. I was partially able to track it (never a tracking number) but when entering my email and order number it would state my order was processing. Well I waited the 4 weeks as stated and then immediately contacted PayPal. After Farmzily provided PayPal with a fake tracking number they approved my refund once their investigation was over. Beware of Farmzily, the purchase shows up as Snow Sign on your account.

I ordered a quilt on 9/18/18. I have received emails from them saying it was lost or it was flawed and making another. Many others are reporting on Facebook Farmzily page that it is also happening to them. How can I get my money back? I have reported it to Paypal. Just trying to make sure you are aware of BAD business practices.

On 9-24-18 I saw an ad on Facebook for Farmzily selling Dallas Cowboy Quilts. I went to Farmzily’s web site and ordered 2 of these quilts. On 9-25-18 my payment of $121.86 cleared my credit card. I continued to check the status of my order and saw where the payment was accepted. On 9-27-18 saw "Your order is being prepared and packed at our warehouse. Expected processing time: 5 – 10 business days" On 10-11-18 saw "Your order has been pulled and packaged and is awaiting collection from the shipping carrier. Your package is expected to be picked up by the carrier in 3 – 4 business days. " That is the last update from their website in regards to my order. I have since seen that this is a bogus company. It is to late to report this to my credit card company since I have already paid the credit card bill.
