I had put in an order with Fashionmia. I gave them my debit card number. They debited my account for $64.00. I have been trying to get in touch with them. Each time I call, I only get a recording, that says leave a voicemail. They tell you to email them. They do have a number but you never get anyone. They also have an international number. The number is, 888-553-5616. They are supposed to have two locations. They supposed to be a company that sells women clothing.

August 11th I ordered two items = $71.11 with tax and shipping. I received them and they looked nothing like advertised. I contacted the company about returning the items and they wanted to pay me to keep them. I said, "no", that I wanted a full refund. They gave me information on how to return them and I did so on September 25. Since then I have been chasing them down for my refund. On November 14th they said that they never received my return. When I showed them the confirmation that it was received at their warehouse, thy said that they would refund me the money to my wallet. I don’t have a "wallet" – I paid with PayPal. I asked for a refund to my PayPal account and was told that it would be 25 – 40 days to process my return. It is ridiculous that it would take 4 months to get my money returned to me (less shipping, mind you). Do not purchase from this company – it is a scam.

an online purchase was made and then cancelled within less than 24 hours. I have tried calling their phone number and it cuts you off after it says to leave a message so I emailed them for my refund. $29 USD. They tried to offer me to select another purchase and i declined, just requested my money back. They agreed and said up to 14 days it would take. (***l). March 14, 2016 was when the purchased was made. I’ve emailed them several times and they just keep telling me to be patient it will come and to check my account, in three days….or five days. Obviously I’m not getting my refund! *** *** *** *** ** *** *** *** *** *** ** ** ***

I placed (and paid in full) an order on on 01/20/2016

A few minutes later I remembered that I had a coupon for 5 or 10% off my first purchase for providing my email.

I emailed asking customer service rep to make adjustments to my total charge

As they refused to do so, I cancelled my order – officially and following their rule "Order Cancelation

We offer full refund if the order is cancelled within 24 hours of your purchase. You should submit a help ticket from our support center once you decide to cancel the order. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but have not been shipped, we will offer partial refund after charging a 15% cancellation fee. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the orders have been shipped."

I cancelled less than 12 hours after placing my order and paying for it.

After numerous emails I finally received the confirmation that my order WAS cancelled

However, it’s been a month me unsuccessfully trying to get my money back 100%
