Type of a scam Government Grant
I was contacted saying I was getting a federal grant in the amount of $9200 for not having a bankruptcy in the past 7 years. They gave me a number to call, 914-919-9328. I called and they said I would need to send them a moneygram in the amount of $250 for handling. I told them I felt this was a fraudulent call in which he immediately said [censored] you. I am trying to report it to the local police dept. now. They kept calling me back several times even after I told them they was being reported. I finally blocked their number through my provider.
