young man by the name of ryan luis with indian accent said he was with the federal government american recovery program. i was chosen for this once in a lifetime opportunity to receive 8400.00 in cash, credit card or western union. was told to call 202 505 1213 and ask for a senior account manager give him my confirmation code of mc428 and he would set up a time for me to receive my money. i called back from a blocked phone number and when i said i was unable to unblock it, the senior account manager hung up on me.
