I was second place winner in the lottery that I entered. And he gave me an automated number for City Bank which is 7183032580 and the account number 589584462. Pin number 6697. He’s a dirty rat, waking me up at 6 o’clock in the morning telling me he’s in Washington which is a different state and that he didn’t realize the time difference.
