It stated that I was the 2nd prize winner in the second category of the European, African, and North American consumer sweepstakes, and that I was entitled to $250,000. You are informed that you have won a sweepstake. They enclose a check for MORE THAN the processing fee you have to pay to collect your winnings. You are advised to contact your claims agent at the number and name provided (Rita Adams) to activate your claim processing and your check. The letter is from David Hull, Promotion Manager. There is a tear off at the bottom that you are supposed to give the courier when you receive your check for $250,000 that has a space for your name, address, claim number, and signature. Then it has an emergency phone number of +44-745-227-6520.
