I clicked through an AD on Facebook, advertising Finesse Face Serum. The marketing was so misleading and felt I was scammed into a product I thought was 30-day trial period, when in fact it was only a 14 day trial. The advertising was misleading where it said the product was for "30-day supply", which I misled to thinking it was a 30 day trial. I was only to pay for the shipping and handling. I later found out that the ‘Term and conditions’ states only a 14 day trial, allowing 4-5 days to receive the product by mail. 14 days later I was charged the full amount of $89.53.

How can you test a product for 10 days for results? I was traveling after I ordered and didn’t actually get to try it until the following week. This is false advertising and marketing!

I called to request a refund, only was allowed 35% back ( $31.34). I want the full refund, but didn’t get it. This company should not be able to advertise their product like this, it was sneaky and a way to hook people into thinking you had a 30 day trial.

I wish I could go back on Facebook to find the ad and review the steps again, but can not retrace my steps.

Hard lesson to learn and will never order on a Facebook AD again!
