Saw the company through Instagram advertisements. Thankfully, spent less than $10, but I know I am not alone in my mistake according to dirtyscammer.com

Placed an order, received a thank-you email with no shipping information, just an order number. Followed up a few days later by sending a message asking for an order number, to be hit with an automated response saying they’ll have all their orders delivered by such and such date, etc. A few days later, I got a message informing me that the order had shipped. Cool, maybe this isn’t the total scam I suspected. Sent an email asking for a tracking number. In response, another automated email. Then, ten days after the email informing me it had shipped, I sent an email, or they happened to send one unprompted informing me that due to high demand, their orders are backed up a bit.

Only orders placed between June 3rd and July 14th, they say. Several more automated responses will be sent with the dates of promise delivery moving back later and later. No actual interaction is going on–the website has since been pulled, the Instagram deleted, and the only digital breadcrumb of their scammy operation left is a forgotten Facebook page, which also spews out an automated message.

This company clearly invested time and a little money to reach young adults on Instagram and Facebook by sharing videos of other "made-to-go-viral" product advertisements and paying for sponsored posts at the time of the scam. I had a suspicion when I placed the order, but there weren’t many reports as this seemed to have been planned out–they had a strong social media presence and poured money into advertising and creating a digital store, and then they simply vanished with no intent on actually sending the items. So, these people probably just decided to run this little scam for a month or two and now have never logged back into any of the accounts to handle the mess or own up to it. I honestly don’t care about getting my money back because I knew better than to spend a good amount of cash there, but would like these people to be brought to some bit of justice.

You send your money, you never receive your product. This is well known and I have no idea how they’re still running. It’s unnacceptable.

They are selling items and never shipping them. I was scammed in May and I bet hundreds of people have bought from them since. They are unresponsive to customer emails but charged my credit card for a product I never received.

I was on Instagram and seen a Instagram page for a place called “Fire fashion”. It looked like it had some pretty cool stuff on it so I went to the website and see this cute iPhone case charger. They had a sale on for the case is free but you have to pay for the shipping fees. (Which was cool because I have bought stuff from other websites before that had these kinds of deals and received it just fine.)

So I pay for it and they send me an email that said I could track my package from their website. Go to it and it shows a map of the area and says “Thank you ____! Your shippment is confirmed. We’ve accepted your order, and we’re getting it ready. Come back to this page for updates on your shipment status.”

After I waited a week, then two weeks. Then I decided to contact their customer service that is crap and honestly doesn’t exist. On their website it states we have online chat for customer service but apparently it only shows sometimes on the website (so they claim)

So there is no way to get a hold of them. I contacted their support website which of course doesn’t communicate back unless it’s automated which states your order will come but their must be a delay or something.

Finally I receive an email stating my package has been delivered to my place. Which is 110% FALSE. I contacted the email back and then it stated {“Hey,

Due to extremely high volumes of orders recently there has been a delay getting all of these shipped, but we can assure you that you’ll receive your order by early August 26th 2018 at the very latest

Our small team means we’ve struggled to get back to everyone as quick as we would have liked, so hopefully this reassures you that we have seen your message and your order is being taken care of, regardless to whether you have received a direct response to your query just yet.

Please don’t worry that your order has not been delivered yet. Most orders are still delivered within our specified delivery time, however some have been delayed and we offer our sincere apologies for this!

In the meantime, please refer to our FAQs page for answers to some common questions.

Thanks again for shopping with us :)”}

Once again it stated it was delivered to me in a different email.

Beyond frustrated with these fools. Please save your money and run as far as you can from this website. It’s a SCAM
