I work in a medical clinic and I received a fax from First Care Services, Fax # (877)510-1590 requesting for medication refills for one of our patients. Those medications were never prescribed by the primary care provider. The patient is not using any of the requested medications.

I’m a physician and I received a fax from First Care Services, Fax # (877)510-1590 requesting for medication refills for one of my patients. Those medications were never prescribed by me. They were all inappropriate medications. When we contacted the patient, the patient realized he’d been scammed. The patient told me that someone from that number had called him and "tried to sell him something".
