I was on a website looking for educational apps or programs for myself and my children and somehow an order was placed on my behalf when I didn’t order any facial creams or eye serums and charged my card $183.95 by Saturday morning and they do not want to refund my money unless I agree to a refund of $91.95and further legal action and only then they might consider refunding me 50%of my money that work hard. I have multiple children who I am preparing for school and now I cannot do so as planned because these people took my money without my consent . This is the reason for my complaint and reporting them
