Seller posted sales on their Instagram account. I first submitted my first order September 30th. The status of the order was waiting fulfillment. Second order was placed November 4th. Status on second order was also waiting fulfillment. On November 20th, I tried contacted them about the status of my order through their website and never heard a response. I tried contacted them via Instagram and was able to get their email. I then contacted them via email, no response. I contacted them again Dec 8th stating that if I do not receive my items by the end of the week I want a full refund. I did received a reply saying they sent the email to the shipping department and she said she will make sure the items get to me no later than Friday. A week later, I then again emailed her stating that I still had not status update and I stated I wanted a refund for my orders. I got no response. I then contacted via Instagram and stated I wanted a refund and they asked for my order numbers. I then was blocked from their Instagram and my comments were deleted. I still have not received the refund. I did research online and I have seen the same complaints that items were never shipped but the money was taken out of the account and they do not respond to emails. Also, they delete all the comments from people asking for their orders.
