I placed an order, they sent email confirmation and charged my credit card. Never got another e-mail or communication from them. No shipping confirmation, no product received. When you call again and again they just take your information and tell you they will get back to you. It is Customer Service but they don’t have access to your information or your order information and you never receive a call or an email again.
