Ramon Tookes is operating under the guise of Tookes Development and Flipology. He claims to have a boot camp that will teach you how to invest in property, however the class gives him money to invest in a property and then you don’t hear from him again. Only once and that is for him to tell you the deal fell through and it could not be sold so he would have to keep the property. He states that he would give the money back but he never responds to calls or e-mails. This has happen to two of his classes and he will be having another bootcamp collecting victims on November 5th and 6th of 2016.
