I ordered an echo connect from this website. A few days later I checked on my order to see when I could expect it. When I found no estimated delivery time I reached out to the provided email address to ask for an ETA. The email address said they were waiting until they had stock of the item. The item is no longer being produced by amazon so I figured I’d be waiting a long time. I canceled my order and asked for a refund. Every few days I would Send a follow up on my refund and check pay pal to see If I had received it. They initially said they were having issues with pay pal bur then stopped responding to me. I still have not gotten my refund and it’s been over a month now when the refund was said to be processed in 3-5 days
