I ordered from this piece of [censored] company, and now in complete regret. I ordered a flower bear for my best friend and they sent me an email stating it’s been dispatched. It hasn’t nor does it exist! They don’t get back to your emails and completely ignore you. I’m a student and therefore struggle with income and especially during these times where we are in a pandemic, I as well as many do not have money to be wasted like that. It’s shocking. I hope they get hit by a bus.
Do not buy from these guys. They are scammers that will not ship out anything to you. They will deliberately ship out a produce with a shipping number that will be returned back to me as it will be delivered to an incorrect address overseas on purpose.
Have emailed them several times and received zero responses.
No tracking number confirmation… nothing! Totally worst site do not purchase. 1 year anniversary gift never to be received. Try to contact email no respond. Just stay away from this site total scam!
Ordered light up rose in may received confirmation but no shipment have contacted them and got no response at all took the money this is a scam site. They said it would take long because of the covid 19 I see I’m not the only person having the same problems
This is crazy! I purchased 2 flower teddy bears the week of Mother’s day. I even received a tracking email with a bogus tracking number and I haven’t received anything. Not an email response back, no way to track my order, no way to show proof. Just an order number and bogus tracking. No one is responding and I am so pissed! I should have paid more attention to this company before I purchased. They looked legit but are just a well established con.
I bought a LED light up rose for my mother on mother’s day and it was supposed to be there at least a week later. But my mother has nothing, she’s received nothing. I tried to contact them. No response from the emails or anything. Plus all their social media are fake!

They don’t even deserve a star! I tried to order a led rose and it said card declined but the money was taken out of my bank account. I had to email them 5 times until they gave me my refund. Then they had the audacity to offer me free shipping! Their phone number doesn’t make sense either because it is more than 10 numbers and when I dialed them all in it said call cannot be completed as dialed. I even tried to take some numbers out and that didn’t work! SCAM!

I ordered my flower teddy bear in April received two emails and an order number. The emails thanked me for my order, the other email gave me my order number, another email stated they were very busy and behind due to everything going on with COVID-19. Never received the order I called the phone number and it’s a Chinese saying that they are busy. Lost money total scam.
Never received my Teddy flowers that I ordered in April I have emailed them five times no response back they sent me an order number and then another email stating they are very busy with everything going on, sounds like the same exact thing with everybody else’s complaints. Scam sadly and out of the money as well.
My boyfriend ordered a flower teddy bear from flowerteddybear.com on April 27, the next day i got 2 emails from them, one with the confirmation number and the other one saying it would take up to 14 days because of everything going on… Its may 18, i have not received my order NO UPDATING TRACKING. it just says “the original post has it and is getting it ready.” SINCE APRIL 27, it has said that! I have emailed 4 times! My boyfriend is gonna try and have his bank investigate… 78.94$ is how much we lost. Smh.

I ordered my teddy bear on February 13, I got a email saying due to high volume that shipping would take longer… I got a email again almost 2 weeks ago saying I would recieved it 14 business days but I still haven’t recieved anything at all! I sent multiple emails and no respond. Also went back on their site so I can try and find their Instagram and it’s been deactivated! TOTAL SCAM

I placed an order on February 11th, got my confirmation number and everything. Got another email saying 1 to 3 weeks for the shipping shield of some kind of holiday. After the 1 to 3 weeks were over with I sent 3 different emails and haven’t got a response to any of the emails I sent.

My husband purchased an item well over a month ago . Still have not received item. Has emailed them over 10 times for info on order or updated tracking and still nothing from them. They will not respond to emails or Facebook messages. I have requested a refund and still no response. I’m not the only one being scammed there are over 30 people on the Facebook page complaining about paying and not receiving there items they purchased .

This company is a rip off. I order a product from them on the 3rd. of February, on the 4th. a tracking number was produced and on the 5th. the money was withdrawn from my account. The item was supposed to be delivered before Valentine’s day and I never received it. As of today 3/1/19, I still haven’t received the merchandise. On their website they only allow good reviews and also on the social media. I’ve contacted them numerous times via email and the same automated message is returned back to me. I lost money, patience, time and energy dealing with this fraudulent company.
