I found this company using a website *** ***, this website will get multiple bids from moving companies for consumers trying to get estimates for their moving needs. We hired Freeman Hauling to do our move and paid them a deposit of over $2,000.00. The day before our scheduled move the company called and stated the owner had a heart attack and needed to cancel, they stated they were sorry and would immediately send a refund of our deposit, this never happened and we could not reach the business to discuss this any longer. I tried to dispute this with our credit card company and was told to much time has passed. Today I called the company again and this time someone answered claiming to be the brother of the owner, he again apologized and stated the owner had a heart attack and was in the hospital. I explained I was already told this in April and promised a refund that I never received. The man hung up and offered no resolution.
