I have purchased an item from them and this is one of the emails of what they have informed me:

This was way back last year and until now I have not received it. They claimed it was because of covid and sent a new one, but even that did not come.

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I ordered an item marked as "Free, just pay shipping" from their website on December 27, 2019, but never received my item. The company severely lags in responding to emails, and completely disregards any previous comments made on their end. They promised to send me a replacement after discovering that my item was "stuck in one of their overseas depots", but after I sent a follow-up email asking for a tracking number for the replacement, they completely were unaware of the replacement–even though I was communicating with the exact same person. It is now mid-May, and I have yet to receive anything from them, and they are completely unwilling to refund me for "promotional items".
