Purchased around 800 usd of bitcoin from bitexpress atm in 2018. Bitexpress was purchased by getcoins, after checking the hash online I see the bitcoin was moved out of my printed paper wallet 2 days after i purchased it and sent to over 500 different wallets. I contacted getcoins about my bitcoin but have received no help, and now they are ignoring my texts and calls. They have offered me no compensation or info on the matter I spoke with someone one time who said told me they purchased bitexpress and that they would definitely be looking into it that was 3 weeks ago, still no reply. This company must abide by laws and regulations just like we all must I have no idea why they feel they dont.
