This company gave fake tracking numbers and all sorts of stories before the bathing suit I ordered cane, and when it didn’t fit they refused to take it back and gave a run around about a refund amount which I ended up never receiving. Horrible customer service.

I ordered two swimsuits on the website "gettingbeauty.com," recieved a confirmation, and was told I would recieve an email with shipping information. Two weeks later, I still had not received an email with shipping information, so I contacted their customer service team to check on the status of my order. They indicated that they would still need more time to ship my order. A week later, I still had recieved no information about my order, so I contacted them again. They insisted that they needed more time to ship my order. This website is a scam. I’ve still not recieved any shipping information or the swimsuits I ordered. When I asked for a refund, I’ve received no response. Do not order anything from this website. They will take your money and not send you anything.
