Glam and Free

I placed an order with Glam & Free early in September 2020. A couple of weeks later, when the shipping information still hadn’t updated on my order, I tried to contact them but never received an answer. I later tried to contact them on Facebook but was soon unable to send messages to them as though I had been blocked.

Finally, around a month later, my order arrived. But it was not the colour I had ordered! I have tried contacting them on their website and via e-mail a few times but never receive an answer. I am extremely frustrated because this product is useless to me! I would like an exchange or a refund but am unable to get an answer from anyone at the company!

Type of a scam Online Purchase

I placed an order with Glam and Free on their website (https://glamandfree.co/) on 2/20/20. Their website claims that for the United States and Canada, shipping takes 5-18 days. It is now a month later and I haven’t received my order OR any shipping updates. They sent me a link to USPS that states it’s in "Pre-Shipment" – this has remained the status since 2/27/20. I’ve emailed them numerous times asking them to cancel and refund my order. They’re now unresponsive and will not reply to anything I send them.

Additionally, their website seems to have false reviews where names and faces are hidden. Many photos look to be of the same woman at different angles. Their website still has Christmas discounts listed (hasn’t been updated since 2019?) and their social media page hasn’t been updated since November 2019. Lastly, their website says they’re in Canada, but the shipping link says it’s coming from China. The whole thing is sketchy.
