Advertised for free-sample, just pay shipping. I admit I did not read the fine print which was signing up for a shipment every month.
Received the free sample then about a month later a charge of $89.91 was deducted from my husbands account and from my account also, same amount.
After calling several times, they say they only will credit back $40.00 to my husbands account. The order was cancelled on the first phone cal.
Everytime I call, I get customer service representative with a heavy accent. One promised he was sending the refund as we spoke. No money was received.
Tonight I spoke with one with nearly no accent. She (i think) was a little easier to understand All of these agents take a really long time to look things up. She agreed to send $40.00 to my husband’s account but it was company policy not to refund more than that.
