We are website developer from India, We opted the payment processing merchant account from this merchant and they scammed us. We processed 14 payments of US $3329.88 via merchant account. from last 10 days they are not responding at emails, contact numbers are not in service and each time we try to reach them at skype but they never replies. We want to have the money back from the merchant or refunded back to the customers. We can provide all customer’s details whom we processed the charge, further we have the statement of charge processed at merchant account. Another thing is that they have listed them self as ScamPulse.com accredited A+ on their website due to that so many of us are lured to them. i have attached screen shots of every address and website page where they fake showing them self as ScamPulse.com accredited A+. Kindly help me to get the money from them or say them to refund all the transactions as when customer’s will get the money back we will ask them to pay on invoices. Further they said that they will refund the money but it has been 4 days since that word and none of the transaction have been processed yet. even they blocked access to the merchant account. the address listed at h2opay.net is a hotel address, address listed into website registration is another hotel’s address. address came on merchant agreement is the one provided into details. attached screenshot for false ScamPulse.com accredited A+ at website
