Type of a scam Online Purchase
This company is the most unprofessional company I’ve ever had to deal with. They said they would send me my order and I have not received anything at all. I placed my order at the end of April and it is already half way through June. NOTHING! I’ve asked for a refund and they take 2 weeks to reply to my messages. They say they have to contact their insurance company as the item that I ordered got lost in the mail. This is what they have told me 3 weeks ago. They have not even followed up with me to reassure me that they are working on it. I have to keep reaching out to them. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE UNLESS YOU WANT TO LOSE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! $160 down the drain for me.
