I received a call from a company call HBLC, Inc. and they said I owe them some money from a Citibank account that I never had. Then they told me a address that I have never lived. Then the next day a sheriff came to my house and gave me a summons to court. I read the summons it applied that I signed a bill of sale that I haven’t even signed nor did I received any documentation to prove that I did.
