I ordered a 360 HD panoramic smart home camera from HDpixelpro.com. I paid 69.99 for it. It took 3 weeks to be delivered. What I finally received was a cheaply made item and instructions were impossible because it was written in broken English. I was never able to get it working. I contacted the company for a refund. I was told I was responsible for return shipping and there would be a 15% restocking fee. That was 3 weeks ago! I haven’t heard from them since. I tracked the return package and it shows it was received by them several weeks ago. I don’t trust this company. They offer cheaply made products and it’s from a company from out of the country. At this point I’m not sure I’ll get my refund. But, even if I did this whole experience was terrible. I would not recommend HDpixelpro.com.
