Type of a scam Online Purchase

Found nthrough an ad on Facebook. The product offered a free 30 day trial of their diet pill, customer just covers shipping. Received order confirmation of $4.95 shipping charge. Two weeks later, on11/10/18, I receive aanother order confirmation via email. I respond to email and . request cancellation of product as product is not what them claim and that I had an allergic reation. Also, the order confirmation was for $89.97!

Never received return email response. The next morning, I contact the customer support number on the order. The call center representative told me that this wasn’t a product they represented and she had received 3 other calls with the exact same issue.

My very next call was to put in a fraud claim through my bank. Long story short my bank sided with this scam artist, although I provided documentation to negate their false claims. Again in December they charged my card again…I sent ano ther email. Surprise, I got an email confirming my cancellation, but they still charged my card. Since then the original website was taken down as well as the ad on Facebook. They have a few new urls, and a different distribution address. The latest is 5710 Ogeechee Road, suite 200, Savannah, GA and go under "Chasewood Labs".

Called phone number again and was told they are a 3rd party company In Texas but don’t deal with that product. They gave me a fake website address – https://newyouforskolin/?cfg=limf/i#/home. I questioned the rep and asked for a real website address. She claimed this is the address to place orders.

I spoke with Latrice, badge #txlm0123 . Spoke to a supervisor who said their product is "New You Forskolin" and that they don’t have a product over $79.97. Very suspicious. I told the supervisor, I didn’t believe a word she said, as she or the previous rep contradicted each other on each statement that was made. After researching the phone number their are many scam alerts by other consumers. This has been an absolute nightmare and I have no recourse available in being conned by scam artists like this. They change their website, contact info, and packaging and continue to con people out of money.

I have attached the dispute information including the fake info they provided my bank’s processing center. The website listed is which is a different product, address, etc.

Stop them from doing this to other innocent people, please!

I have multiple screen shots and a pdf of the false info they provided my bank and mastercard. Please contact me so I can forward all of my documentation to you.
