Bought a puppy through this website, Jenny Jones is the name of person contact. The breeder Alex Fedirnan. Sent breeder payment through PayPal. They did not send animal, did not receive any information or itinerary , then they asked to pay an insurance cost before the puppies was to be transported . I didn’t do this as the American Pet transport dose not exist.
