I ordered a swingset back in July. I paid with my debit card. The transaction has no number to call or no information how of a company name.
When you send an e-mail here is what you get for a response:
Thank you for contacting us. It?s my pleasure to contact with you. May I know what?s reason that you want to did that for us? If you want to get your order details, please visit the page ?my order? to check the recently order status. Any other question please contact me. Have a nice day.
Problem is, I never got any confirmation information or an order number.
