I texted Hewlitt Packard printer assistance. The person said if he couldn’t fix the printer he would sell me a new one. Buy an Apple iTunes gift card for $25.00, call him back and he would tell me how to exchange the printers. I went to Walmart. He asked me to read the security numbers off the back. I said that makes the card no good. He said no, that’s what you need to do. He then said he would turn me over to a tech support person who asked me to do a few things, then he told me it was printer cartridge problem, which fixed the problem. My printer works.
Then I called Hewlitt Packard, and they said they don’t do business like this.
