Type of a scam Tech Support
Received an urgent notice that my computer was infected with a computer virus that is able to steal my important financial information. Told me to call 855-728-4569 to get instructions on how to correct the problem in my Microsoft Win 10 operating system. The notice was both text, graphics display and recorded voice that would not stop or close until I did a complete shutdown and restart. The warning returned a second time when I opened the Microsoft Edge internet search engine. I suspect a fraudulent phishing virus operating from whomever is using the above referenced phone number.
