They sell subscription boxes. I ordered the first box in November for a Christmas gift to come every month. They charged my account and website says could take up to 4 weeks. When the 4 weeks was up and still no package I wrote an email. No response. I wait another week and my account was charged again. Due to being Xmas time I decided to wait another week or so thinking the holidays made it delay. When Dec ended I still haven’t received Nov or Dec and was charged twice. I tried to email, call, and even FB messenger with no response. January came and I was billed again and still no boxes came. I called bank to stop payments and dispute the charges.
